Yes! All of our cases are made to order. Some designs are pre-made, while others can be fully customized or personalized just for you.
Can I customize my case?
Absolutely. We offer personalization options such as names, initials, colours, and custom designs. Be sure to double-check your details before placing your order.
Will my case look exactly like the preview?
We do our best to match the design exactly, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences, printing processes, or handmade elements.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may not be able to modify your order.
What if I made a mistake in my personalization?
Please double-check spelling, colours, and details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer, but we’ll always try to help if you contact us quickly.

How long does it take to process my order?
Processing times vary depending on customization, but most orders are completed within 1-2 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Canada and to the US. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or fix the problem.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within a short window after purchase (e.g., 12–24 hours). After that, production may already be underway.
