We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in original condition with all packaging and accessories included. Custom or personalized cases are non-returnable due to their made-to-order nature. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered production. Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellations cannot be processed. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number. Cancellation requests received after production has started may result in a 50% restocking fee.
